Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán met with World Jewish Congress President Ronald S. Lauder on June 21, 2017 in Budapest.

Prime Minister Orbán and WJC President Lauder discussed US-European relations in detail, including the importance of taking proactive steps to combat anti-Semitism. Prime Minister Orbán also highlighted Hungary’s strong GDP growth and the rapidly increasing number of investment opportunities for American corporations seeking to do business in the Central European region.

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and WJC President Ronald S. Lauder reaffirmed that they both look forward to the Israeli Prime Minister’s official visit to Budapest in July.
