For the fifth year in a row, the European Union embassies in Washington, D.C. have presented "Euro Night!" on Friday, September 28th. As a well-established tradition, Hungary also participated by presenting Hungarian wine – this year as Fröccs (Wineseltzer) and Puszta Pörkölt as well as soul food such as Rubik cube (Rubik kocka) – which made a big success among guests.

Ms. Evelin Llves, First Lady of Estonia who was also present at the EuroNight event also visited the Hungarian table.

La Maison Française at the Embassy of France hosted the 2012 edition, featuring more than 20 European Union embassies, each showcasing its respective culture, traditions and culinary specialties.

Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed live music while taking a tour around Europe, feasting on national dishes and drinks from the open bars.

It was a great way to discover European traditions!
