We have had over 100 children and 150 adults at the Embassy for our now traditional children’s Mikulás day celebration.

We were happy to see such a good turnout at this festive and joyous event. Hot chocolate was served for the young ones and glüchwein for the not so young. The József Bátori Hungarian Scouts group of Washington, D.C. presented a nativity scene, which was followed by joint singing of Christmas carols. The Dance House was open to all visitors and of course Mikulás (Santa) did not forget about the presents.
