Cross-in-Fire - Christian Persecution in the Middle-East: Exhibition at the Embassy of Hungary

Publicated on: February 9, 2018

The Embassy of Hungary is proud to share an exhibition with the American visitors between Februar 9-28, which already attracted more than 10.000 people in Hungary at the Hungarian National Museum.

The research of institutions monitoring religious discrimination indicate that Christians are the targets of most attacks. The situation is especially desperate in the Middle East, in the cradle of Christianity, where the survival of Christian communities of two thousand years is endangered.

The aim of the exhibition is to draw attention to the processes, to point out the unsustainability of the situation, to explain the causes and to outline the consequences - each on a scientific basis.

The exhibition can be visited on Wednesdays and Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

By appointment-only the exhibition is open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays between 9:00am and 12:00pm, as well as 2:00pm and 5:00pm at the new building of the Embassy of Hungary (1500 Rhode Island Ave NW, Washington, DC 20005.
